Return Policy
Return Policy: Every product purchased from All-RC-Toys must be free of defects in material and workmanship, or you may return it to us within 30 days. We replace defectives at no charge to our customers. Contact All-RC-Toys immediately for instructions. All return items must be returned in the original carton, complete with all parts and paperwork. Each item will be checked and tested upon receipt of the return, if the item has a factory defect we will replace it or refund the purchase price immediately. We are not responsible for items that have been treated roughly, or damaged from rough treatment.

Refund Policy: Despite our stringent quality processes, sometimes, things do happen. Upon receipt of your order, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the merchandise you purchased, you may return it to All-RC-Toys within 30 days of purchase for a refund of your purchase price.
